Milk shake recipe is very common recipes especially in urban with in the younger generation .There are a Myriad option with the milkshake and is generally available from a street vendor to posh fine dinning restaurants,My all time favourite  milk shake is a chocolate milk shake ,but during the summer season ,it has to be mango shake from fresh alphonso mangoes ,here in australia,the season for mangoes is quite different as compared to india .Also,i do not get any indian flavoured mangoes,  and hence ,most of the time i end up using pulp or frozen mangoes.However for this recipe, I have used honey gold sweet mangoes,perhaps native to Australia but  i would reommend using alphonso ,badami or Raspuri mangoes.
                                  furthermore, the recipe hardly takes few minutes to prepare,Yet few tips&recommendations for milk shake recipe.Firstly,i have added 1 tsp sugar while blending the mango shake.But if you are using sour mangoes then i would suggest you increase more .Secondly,if you like to have thick milk shake then add more milk while blending.Lastly, i would n ot recommend adding ice cubes to make it make it thick . I have added  1 scoop of vanilla ice cream which should be a better option compared to ice cubes.

INGREDIENTS
# 1 cup mango,cube (fresh/frozen)
# 1 tsp sugar
# 2 scoops ice cream
# few nuts, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS:
1.Firstly, in a blender take 1 cup ripened mango.
2.Also add 1 tsp sugar and 2 scoops vanilla ice cream.
3.Blend smooth adding 1/2 cup chilled milk.
4. Finally, serve mango milkshake with ice cream topped with few chopped nuts.
How to make fresh mango shake:
1.Firstly, in a blender take 1 cup ripened mango.
 
 2,Also add 1 tsp sugar and 2 scoops ice cream.


 3.Blend smooth adding 1/2 cup chilled milk.
4.Finally ,serve mango milkshake with ice cream topped with few nuts.
NOTES:
*Firstly , use fresh sweet mangoes for great flavour.
* Also,add more sugar if mangoes are sour or less sugar if they are too sweet.
* Additionally,use mango ice cream for more rich mango milkshake.
.*Finally,mango milkshake recipe tastes great when prepared slightly thick and creamy.
