How to Make French Toast!! Classic Quick and Easy Recipe in tamil

Hi foodies, common to a new dish . Are you excited , ya. Thats the french toast .

                                                                               FRENCH TOAST 
Ingredients : 
                      1. 4 eggs
                      2. 2/3 cup milk
                      3.2 teaspoons of cinnamon
                      4. 8 thick slices of bread
                      5. butter
                      6. sugar
METHOD:
                    1. Make the egg mixture: In a medium bowl whisk together the eggs , milk and cinnamon . Stir it all . whisk the mixture until well blended and pour it into a shallow bowl , wide enough to place a slice the bread you will be mixing .

                    2.soak bread slice in egg mixture : Place each slice of bread into the milk egg mixture , allowing the bread to soak in some of it .

                    3. Fry the french toast . Melt some butter in a large skill it over medium high heat shake off the exces egg mixture from the bread , and place the bread slices on to the hot skillet . Fry the french toast until browned on one side , then flip and brown the other side .

                    4. Serve hot with butter and if available with some sauce .

This Kanji is usually prepared on fasting days, especially on Shivarathri. My mother and MIL both prepare this kanji for Ekadashis too.
